The pots without scale can be used on all common types of cookers: induction, gas stove, electric hob, glass ceramic hob. Hollow handles do not get hot during cooking.
The base construction with solid steel core ensures even and long heat retention - ideal for sharp searing. The glass lid without steam opening allows for observation.
